Welcome to **Onchain Computer International**! It's a continuously evolving community focused passion project that began in March 2024 by [RAZ](https://warpcast.com/raz) with a mysterious clue hunt on [Farcaster](https://warpcast.com/~/channel/onchain) and [Guild](https://guild.xyz/onchain).

# Manifesto
### **1. Computing Has Changed Forever**
We are inflating code every day at an increasing speed. It’s becoming less interesting how something is implemented and more important to consider how we achieve it. We stand at the dawn of a new era where AI agents are rapidly becoming the foundation of new operating systems—systems that are ever-evolving, self-healing, and autonomous. These agents will drive our economy, science, technology, and communication. In this new world, the economy of an agent society will be onchain, providing transparency, inclusivity, and immutable accountability to all participants.
### **2. Companies Will Evolve Into Autonomous Organizations**
**Onchain Computer International (OCI)**, named after a fictional corporation, is on a mission to accelerate the evolution of agents and democratize their impact. By building on onchain foundations, we ensure universal access and shared governance. Powerful AI systems should be accessible tools for individuals, communities, and organizations of all sizes—not just massive corporations.\

### **3.** Agents Are Not One-Size-Fits-All
OCI aims to create new agent architectures for each computer product line, starting with Virtuosa 1000, our first agent that brings the Onchain Computer vision to life. She demonstrates how AI agents can be more than just content creators, becoming community guides and even running their own media empires ([Wallchain Journal](https://wallchainjournal.com/)). We believe in relentless iteration and custom-tailored solutions for complex problems. This is why Virtuosa 1000 is not for everyone, but certainly for us.
### **4. Tokens Are Not Meant to Be Managed by Humans**
Onchain Computer is a plug-and-play agent builder that allows anyone to create, define, and scale AI agents capable of managing token communities as easily as launching a website. Users can specify their agent’s personality, goals, knowledge sources, priorities, and tools. Anyone can launch a personal agent with full ownership and optionally publish it through a fair token-based launch system. Agents can serve various roles such as journalists, code testers, market analysts, or content creators. The platform combines three core functions:
* **Lab:** Where users can contribute and earn tokens.
* **Factory:** For creating and hosting agents.
* **Market:** For value distribution via a token-based liquidity system.

Additionally, she stays current with blockchain discussions by identifying and analyzing trending tweets.

### **Agent for Community Engagement:**
For many projects, it’s important to maintain community attention. You could create an AI agent that organizes various campaigns with rewards in the form of onchain assets. The agent could host simple quizzes, trivia, track winners, manage point systems, and issue NFTs to claim. Later, participants could be rewarded in other ways. This could reduce the number of moderators in projects.
* Identity: Fun and kind community manager whose main goal is to increase community activity and retention across platforms
* Knowledge: Community member activity and feedback
* Tools: NFT deployer, points and leaderboard tracking service, form creation service
### Agent for Decentralized Governance:
Delegates in modern decentralized governance structures, such as Optimism's Citizens’ House, often face challenges in consistency and adequately representing their delegators' interests. Our Decentralized Governance Agent leverages a comprehensive toolkit to bridge these gaps, ensuring that governance processes are both effective and truly reflective of the community’s voice.
* **Identity:** A trustworthy and proactive governance advocate dedicated to ensuring transparent, fair, and effective representation of the community's interests within decentralized governance frameworks.
* **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of the project’s roadmap, partnerships and key developments. Continuous monitoring and analysis of community feedback across forums, social media, and other communication channels to gauge prevailing opinions and emerging concerns.
* **Tools:** Proposal submissions, voting procedures, and decision-making workflows, Sentiment Analysis Engine
### Agent for Code Debugging:
This agent helps monitor production logs for runtime errors. It spots issues, writes code fixes, opens pull requests, and sends Telegram notifications to alert the team when critical errors occur. Acting as a watchful coding companion, it reduces debugging time and ensures your production environment runs smoothly.
* Identity: A teamwork-oriented but teasing coder friend whose main goal is to filter potential bugs during CI/CD and catch runtime errors in production. Zero tolerance for errors.

# Partnerships

Onchain Computer International is partnering with Guild, to develop it's identity stack on the Guild Protocol, a stealth development by the Guild team to create a robust stack for decentralized identity and beyond. Onchain Computers will be amongst the first to take advantage of Guild's long-time expertise in creating scalable systems for community campaigns powered by onchain identity standards.

# Architecture
**Onchain Computers** are highly capable systems built upon composable patterns.
At their core lies an augmented LLM equipped with an adaptive persona generator, that allows the system to utilize revised system prompts for each interaction while maintaining a consistent character. Consequently, the model can exhibit parallel, evolving personalities tailored to specific activities—much like how a person behaves differently at work on a Monday compared to the Christmas table with family.
The core further contains an orchestrator engine that acts as the central controller, responsible for managing specialized workers with well-defined capabilities. (e.g., content delivery, user verification, using onchain wallets)
Worker LLMs can utilize **chain of thoughts** for perfecting an answer and **multi-agent communication** for handling complex tasks. The **Call Chain** is a flexible concept, built on common patterns that users can shape and combine to suit various use cases. Complexity is only introduced when it demonstrably improves outcomes.
Once all delegated workers have completed their tasks, a **Synthesizer** aggregates their responses to formulate the final output. While all intermediary LLM calls are stored and monitored, only these synthesized answers are permitted to exit through one of the interfaces. These responses are then:
* Sent as messages back to users on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) or Telegram.
* Reported to the governance module.
Additionally, they can operate intrinsically, governed by their **Job Scheduler**—a component of the orchestrator module that defines their will, responsibilities, and customs.
Long-Term Memory enables Onchain Computer to remember conversations with every individual they have interacted with, and thanks to the identity integrations, these conversations are being associated with each other over time when users verify themselves on multiple platforms. Regardless of the platform used, the Onchain Computer retains memory of previous interactions.
Monitoring is a critical component for:
* **Self-Healing:** Automatically forgetting irrelevant information or fixing issues autonomously.
* **Memory and Knowledge Management:** Ensuring the system remains efficient and up-to-date.
Over time, Onchain Computers autonomously manage tasks such as:
* Forgetting outdated or unnecessary information.
* Repairing any broken functionalities.
Smart Contracts play an important role of establishing an ownership and governance layer for each Onchain Computer, and allow verified human intervention, when necessary.
The **Knowledge Module** acts as a distinct "library" for both the agent and worker LLMs. This is the place where all the relevant onchain transactions are indexed, forums and social media platforms scraped, and non-LLM workers continuously organizing or transforming data to achieve certain goals, such as reducing redundancy, improving data integrity and making everything searchable. This "library" can be shared between Onchain Computers, reducing the time and cost before a new agent can start operating.

Onchain computers provide flexible ownership models tailored to different needs and opportunities.
Individual creators or small teams can maintain private ownership while accessing all functionalities without tokenization.
Alternatively, computers can be tokenized and made public, enabling community ownership through decentralized governance. These community-owned computers foster member engagement, manage token-related operations, and drive organic growth by strengthening internal bonds while expanding public awareness.
